You will not regret keeping that rifle. But what are you going to give to your nephew?

Hello, I’m Grego, I have recently bought my first savage model 110, 30-06. I’m from PA and love the outdoors and hunting whitetail. I wasn’t looking for another rifle, but I came across this one and thought it was a good deal. At first I thought I would give it to my nephew. After reading some threads on this site, I like it more and more and I haven’t even fired it yet. I think I will hold on to it.

Maybe he can have the old 30-30. Do you know where on here I can date this savage 110? It does not have a letter prefix and also what it is worth? Curious to see what kind of deal I made. By the way, I have a friend in Boulder, I love it there.

This was published in 2013 by Jim Baker the forum owner. It needs to be updated but, one man can't do everything. I see an entry from Mike that states he bought a J serial prefix in 2014.
