Savage 223 barrels - different throat length?

I've been measuring these particular chambers for the last 20 yrs. as a personal study. I've never found any with less than .125" freebore and the longest was .265".
You will never see a Savage barrel in .223 chamber with less than .100" of freebore. I got that straight from the horses mouth.

here is your answer. You can read it in print on the net so it is true. Now, me reading between the line would say you will never get a .0010 spec because there is not one that repeatably accurate in savages box of reamers, milling machines or operators. What the books say for numbers is not real world 100%!
