Thanks Jim for letting us come over

No problem Dan, and wow! it's been a few years since I've seen an old Weaver fixed power target scope. Great scopes for the money back in the day, shame they discontinued offering them as I know a lot of our local rifle BR guys used to run them.

Hey BT! Bobcat here.
It's better to shoot for the moon and hit the fencepost than to shoot for the fencepost and hit the ground!
I have been here a while but thanks for a place for all the SP members, myself included.
Steve.......
Okay...I seem to have gotten through the digital defaults and defenses and can now post and reply...
All I can say is... Where's the Contender carbine section???
In the Savage/Stevens Rimfire Rifle section, posting a new thread provides a choice to attach a prefix that references specific models or product lines. Maybe the Non-Savage Firearm forum could easily be set up to allow clicking a "Thompson Center" prefix or "Contender" and "Encore" or maybe "Break Action Rifles/Carbines" or even "Single Shot Rifles/Carbines" and while they're at it, provide categories for stuff like Bolt Action, Semi-Auto, Rimfire, Black Rifles, Shotguns, etc...
Glad to be here also from SP.
I may be struggling a little bit learning how to operate the forum. I’ll figure it all out eventually. I must be getting old.
Thank You Jim!!!
I'm Jim Brady Jr. from SP.

Great to see you guys!

Glad this option was worked out. And thanks to our new host.
Starting to see some familiar names, glad to be here.
