It's a normal thread. They can be very hard to get off. I've used vices to remove mine in the past. Had one I put on a concrete floor and used the bolt handle and Allen wrench as leverage to break loose. It does have pressure on it from the spring inside the bolt so it will come out with some pressure until you get it almost all the way out. Same when you go in make sure your cocking mechanism is cocked in the correct place. You should have pressure putting it back together as well. If you don't you're cocking mechanism is probably decocked in which case your bolt will not function
