The savage model 10 has the older screw spacing 4.275". Quick way to tell: if the magazine isn't built into the stock, then its a staggard feed.
I just bought a Savage 10fp in 308, i want to upgrade the stock and i am really interested in a B&C Medalist rifle stock, well my question is i dont know which one exactly i need for my exact rifle. My rifle has a internal magazine, if anyone can help me out with a link or product number. Thanks

They who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.
Model 10's have both a 4.275 or a 4.400 screw spacing. Just measure your screw spacing and order the one for that. The 2 model numbers are 2999 and 2997.Originally Posted by psharon97

I just measured the distance from the middle of the screw to the the other middle of the screw and it looks like 4.400, is a center feed the same as a staggered feed thats all i am showing in options for the that stock?
