Trying to decide between these 2, Main use Targets, Hunting, Kind of a go to rifle, I really like the 10 but iron sights might be a plus,
Can you have iron sights installed by a gun smith?

The barrel would have to be drilled and tapped for sights. You would be better off buying the Hog Hunter and tossing the synthetic stock that comes with it, and then replacing it with a stock that's inletted for the detachable magazine if that's one of the key selling points of the FCP for you.

I just got my Hog Hunter and so far I love it!
If you are going to scope the rifle you may want to remove the iron sights. I put a 4.5 x 14 Leupold on my hog and the rear sight was in the way for where I wanted to put the scope for proper eye relief. Using flip up scope covers was out of the question. A shorter scope would probably work OK.
I shot it for a couple of weeks with the iron sights. My point of impact changed with different light conditions. I don't have that problem with a rear peep sight.
I really like the way that the rifle handles, so I am not unhappy that I had to take the irons off.
Get a hog hunter and replace the stock.
