You will probably have to tweak the feed lips. I did the same conversion and had no problems with mine. It fed just fine.
I recently installed a factory .22-250 barrel on my Model 11 action and am having issues with the .22-250 ammo failing to feed properly. The cartridges from a full mag nosedive and hit the face of the barrel. There is obviously some differences in the length of the loaded rounds. If I place the cartridges near the rear of the mag, they nosedive. If I place them closer to the front, they want to migrate rearward and misfeed also. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Leon

It'll feed just fine. A little tweaking will get you there...

I was hoping that was the answer. Thanks guys.
I've been using a 308 mag with 22-250 rounds, no issues. I'm sure it won't take much tweaking.
