11 Trophy Hunter XP into A2 Medalist?

My local shop has a used 11 Trophy Hunter XP in 223 (bottom bolt release, Axis-style DBM integrated into stock with plastic base plate) for an attractive price.

Anybody know if it is possible to put this barreled action into a Bell & Carlson A2 Medalist stock? I would plan to run it with a blind magazine...not sure if the trigger guard would be an issue or not.

Never done it but it seams to me that it would be a new CF action and all mods are possible. I have modified the top release to a bottom by removing material from the sides of the trigger guard inlet and some for clearance on the right side of the trigger inlet with a Dremel and it works fine. If I remember correctly it was about .025 per side to get it centered and in the inlet for the guard. There was a need to remove a little on the rear of the slot as well. As for using the DBM I am not sure but MR F. /J. Baker did a nice write up on it recently.
