At the end of the bolt there is this... indicator which shows if it's cocked or not. No allen head.
The trigger pull is light, but do you think this would cause it to not fire? The firing pin does go forward.
I'm pretty sure I found the problem... Same as in this thread. Bolt doesn't close down completely because the cheap front screws of the scope base are too long. I should have noticed that at the range... but I'm new to bolt action.. I'm off to the indoor range now to confirm that this was the problem.
Another thing check the end of the bolt and see it the screw is screwed in tight..It probably is an allen head..
