    Sniper stock was designed for bags etc. More geared toward sniper shooting positions. The forearm is sloped so you can bring the rifle higher or lower by simply sliding it on your rest. That said the varmint or tactical will probably ride a bag better

    Yup, ride a bag MUCH better. The sniper stock is very heavy too.
