Savage doesnt list a GXP on their site and I have never seen them anywheres either.
The 110 is a long action, the G means a wooden stock, and the XP3 means that it is a package rifle with the cheap scope.
Does anyone know the difference between a Savage 110GXP 30-06 and a Savage 110GXP3 30-06?

could be possible that savage changed the 2012 package models to a XP instead of a XP3 so they wouldnt be confused. Some of the new ones now come with a Nikon scope instead of the cheap Simmons. Talk about a good upgrade!
