I asked this same question in one of the other muzzle brake related post a short while back
and got the same response that you've gotten here. Nothing.

You might try contacting Savage tech support. The worse that can happen is they'll ignore
you too but, that's not likely to happen.

Here on this Savage forum we have an excuse. We just don't know the answer. At least I don't.
