I kinda like the idea of the 20 Practical. Then I can still use my 223 brass. But then I'm not sure I like the smaller bore.
I've thought about the .243 Winchester, but it'll burn out quicker.
If I go with a wildcat, I want it to be something simple.
The wind will move that 20 cal more. I have shot a bit of 20 practical in an AR15 a pal has, yes fast, wind tough...no. Can hit at 700yds yes, when its calm, I popped a few at 754 yds last year with it after about 18 shots missed due to wind at 26mph out there. It was fun anyway.
I can do the same with my .223s as you would be able to if you stay with that cal.
