the rear pillar... for the trigger.
I got mine from Brownells. I notched the rear with a cutting wheel in my Dremel in a few seconds.

Small threaded pipe (1/4" to 5/16" ID) like used on lamp building works great for a rear pillar.
Oz never gave nothing to the Tin Man, that he didn't already have.

Request the Savage Pillars. These are contoured and the rear pillar is notched for the Savage.
Or you could contact site supporter Stocky's Stocks and order savage pillars already notched.
