I have one for a Rem 700, but did not know they (AICS) made stocks for the Savage yet.

Be careful of what you wish for, and always be mindful of what others are trying to accomplish
I was reading they are suppose to be available now for the Savage 10. I don't have the money for one, but would love to see a picture if someone has one.Originally Posted by Handloader

They were...until AICS found out there were making a chassis that could utilize their skins. They threatened legal action if Alberta tactical did not cease to make the chassis, so it is no more. Very unfortunate, but AICS is in the process of making them for the Savage. Question is, just how long it'll be until it hits production.Originally Posted by stoop14
I have the McMillan Stock on my Savage, and thought it was the greatest. That is until I shot a Remi-700 in AICS side by side. I much prefer the AICS because the thumbhole just feels natural to me. Also the AICS just seemed more stable.
AI showed the Savage AICS stock at LAST year's SHOT Show. Said it would be summer until it was ready. As of today, it's still not ready. I offered to get the stocks and skins mfg within a few months but they turned me down. Unfortunate.
