what is considered a jacketed bullet

So here is my question, I want to reload with Nosler AccuBond bullets for my 308 and 30-06, and Ballistic Tip Varmint BoatTail bullets for my 223; Are these considered jacketed bullets or no? Because with the reloading manual I have it only lists bullets that are either lead, jacketed or barnes x bullets.
Or should I just get the new nosler reloading manual anyway?

    thanks
    Jesse

With the lead bullets they look silver/gray and are soft to the finger nail.
The jacketed bullets have lead inside the copper jacket that you may or may not see in the tip. With the ballistic tips you cannot see the lead.
I as far as I know, Barnes is the only one that makes solid copper bullets.

I am near certain you are speaking of jacketed bullets. I say "near certain" because I think its very important to verify manufacturer specifications, twice.

Yes, they are 100% certainly jacketed bullets.
