I've seen my share of firing pins that were slightly bent, but those look pretty rough. The closer pics almost look like corrosion. As far as straightening them, you can only go so far as they are hardened. I would polish them off with a drill and emery cloth and them coat them with a sharpie and test them for contact. As rough as those marks look, I would also check the inside of the bolt head for crud and debris.
Firing pins don't usually bend with use, they typically start out bent from the get go.
