I'm not sure I follow what you are trying to accomplish.
You are trying to take the bolt from a Stevens .223 and use it in a Model 11 .300WSM?
Since you already have the .223 rifle, why are you wanting to turn the Model 11 into one?
I have a new accustock model 11 in 300 wsm and a stagger feed Stevens 223 can I swap bolts? The stevens will go in and fire in the 11 but the bolt face is about 1/8" shorter than the bolt face for the 300 wsm. Every other piece looks the same. What I want to do is put on a 223 barrel then just drop in my Stevens complete bolt. Will this difference in bolt length be OK? Can I head space a 223 barrel large shank barrel on this small shank bolt? Or is there a new 223 bolt face that is 1/8" longer than the Stevens?
Thanks
John

Yes I want the 300 wsm to be a heavy barrel 223 switch barrel. I want to retain the stevens as original for coyote hunting and have a heavy barrel 223 for shooting.
I guess the real question is can I headspace a new barrel to this shorter bolt in this action?
You don't need to switch the bolts; you only need to switch the bolt heads.
