The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.
Lord help us! Just what the world needs, yet another polymer framed striker fire pistol.
Am I the only one having a deja vu moment here? Anyone else remember Remington jumping into the AR game about 12-15 years ago, then trying to jump into the 1911 game, and eventually dipping their toes into the polymer pistol market only to have their toes bitten off by a plague of problems that ultimately resulted in that particular pistol design being relegated to the trash heap when they couldn't fix it? And where's Remington now?
Seems Savage is trying to follow Remington in their footsteps by trying to expand into new market segments rather than sticking with what they know sells and focusing on improving the long-known issues with their existing products.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for Savage looking to explore new markets, but at least get your current products issues sorted first.
