As long as the scew spacing is correct.
Will the 300 WSM stocks work for a new 12FV?
Looks like the 300 WSM is a short action, correct?
Looks to have an odd spacing. 4.475 in lieu of 4.40?
As long as the scew spacing is correct.
The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.
Anyone ever heard of 4.475 screw spacing?
For a Savage? No. How are you measuring?
it is 4.522, 4.275, 4.400 or 3.440(target action only)
The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.
That's the problem. Someone else is shooting me numbers.
There is always the "does the magazine fit in the stock(4.400) or does it hang on the receiver(4.275)" question.
The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.
All he has is the stock.
Was there ever a blind magazine VLP Centerfeed 300 WSM?
No, The VLP had a DBM.
The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.
Early VLP's stocks were blind mags.

Apparently some of the 300 WSM's are an oddball spacing?

No................that's a misprint, it should say 4.275"
"As long as there's lead in the air....there's still hope.."
It's either 4.275" or 4.400"...........there is no 4.475 spacing. They made staggerfeed blind,(4.275) and also centerfeed blind,(4.400) and centerfeed DBM.
