I prefer the multi slotted rails on my fire arms. I have had DNZ products as well for true hunting rifles.

Hi folks,
I'm in the process of switching out the Weaver package supplied scope for my Axis 7mm/08 to a Leupold Freedom 3x9 -40. It looks like my best option per Leupold is to purchase the Leupold Back Country Savage 10/110 rings that provides an all in one solution. Most elegant looking and most expensive.
Other option looks to be a Weaver multi slot Axis scope base # 48347 to use with a set of Leupold rifle man medium scope rings I have. This looks to be another and less expensive solution.
I tried to find the Weaver locally, but the same part number at Bass Pro wasn't correct. It was actually for a true short action 10/110 verses the long action that all Axis rifles use.
So trying to learn from others experience before I order something. Any other thoughts or experience to share?
Thanks in advance,
Robert

Weaver states that the number you have is correct.

The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.
Robinhood got it right. It is the one I have on my Axis.

I went with Talley Lightweight Ring/Bases all in one two piece.
Thanks everyone, this helps.
I always use the dnz one piece mount..
