Loosen the 2 pillar bedded action screws, adjust the action/barrel to center the stock and re-torque the screws. Sometimes you have to try it couple times to get it centered good but it should go. Be aware though, the amount of torque on these screws could and probably will change how tight a rifle groups.
As far as replacement stocks..... Google is all powerful my friend. A search for "savage replacement stocks" should keep you up all night lol
You can get aftermarkets anywhere from $80-90 up to a couple hundred. Some of the lower end replacements aren't any better than the factory as far as a rigid fore end.
You could glass in the foregrip on your factory stock and use something to stiffen it up like a steel dowel rod laid in the glass.
