Found this. Not the best, but should give you an idea where to start. Even if yours isn't a TD model I would imagine the trigger group and breech block come out the same.
Hi, everyone. First time poster here. I have a Savage Model 1921 in great shape, but I have no idea when it was last cleaned thoroughly. So I tried to disassemble it for deep cleaning. I have broken it down into barrel/slide and receiver/stock, but can't figure out how to take apart either the receiver or the slide to get inside them for deep cleaning. I am being careful since I don't want to force anything and break it. I have scoured the internet and youtube, but found nothing helpful. Does anyone have any helpful resources on this? Thank you.
