Welcome aboard
My dad told me that savage had a good rap years ago. eventually I showed him my used 110 fp in 308. When I showed that to my dad he salivated over it and picked the accu trigger model. Then he bought a fluted stainless in 223.
Now he's gone and I have those rifles plus a 99 he got me in 243. Now after some back and forthe I've added an Axis in cm...
Just wish I had better hunting opportunities down here. Would love to pop coyote and ground hogs on the weekend.
Welcome aboard
Welcome from northeast georgia
Ackley was right all along
Welcome bud. Central FL guys here as well. Public Land FL hunting is tough. A lot tougher then anywhere I have hunted in the SE over the years, but it's getting better every year. Get in the swamps and don't be scared to get wet and you can get it done. Not sure where you are in FL, but I've hunted a lot of the WMAs from central FL and north the quota point system makes it really hard to scout preseason as you don't know where you will get drawn or if you will get drawn.
We told you so...
Been here close to twenty years, and have not fired a single shot, not even at a target.
But thats not why I came.
I do believe there are good opportunities, but they don't mesh with my like to do list.
