Go to Bolt Parts. (bottom of page) I assume that is it, never used it.

^^^ Yeah, that's it. Don't bother trying to call them though. Their message says they're not accepting phone calls but you can contact them via email at sshooter@wcoil.com

Got a shipping notice on my Choate Tactical with CDI Bottom Metal already installed for the 12FV .223. Should be here Monday afternoon. Can't wait to get it put together and see what grouping looks like!
Is there any sort of trend for those who purchased a 12FV to swap out the stock for something like an accustock? I'm guessing the standard SA 4.4" bolt spacing is all the same on the 12FV, right?
Nice rifle! Is that the 180 Alpha?
I also changed the stock on my 10 FCP-SR to a HS Precision, just because I liked the aesthetics better. Have my old Accustock laying around and wasn't sure if people with 12FVs typically left the factory stocks or jumped into a chassis system.
What are you guys paying for these out the door
The normal Cabela's price for a 12FV is $419. A couple times per year Cabela's puts them on sale for like $379, and that will typically marry up with a Savage $100 rebate. So pre-tax you can have one at certain times of the year for as little as $279 before tax.
I paid 219 before taxes so add 6% and you got it. On black Friday and other times during they year they go for 319 on sale then 100 rebate.

$204 after sale and rebate, purchased with discounted gift cards, before tax & fees.
My 12FV .223 w/Boyds AT One stock, 8-32 Japan Tasco on top. I removed the internal mag, inserted a dense closed cell foam block in the stock where the mag goes and installed Sharp Shooters Supply single shot tray.
The black at one stock looks very nice.
I paid $370 plus tax for my first one in 22-250. It shoots 1/3 to 1/2 MOA groups. I was so happy with my first one that when it went on sale for $320 I purchased another. There was a $100 Mail in rebate on my second one, so I have about $242 into it after sales tax.
But since the question was out the door, $369.99 +tax for my first and $319.99 + tax for the second.

Way more accurate than I am...
Got the Choate Tactical Stock with CDI bottom metal installed from E Arthur Brown (eabco.com) today. CDI provides new longer action screws, but upon torquing forward screw to 65 pounds, discovered bolt would not open. Had to grind a couple 2 or 3 mm off the forward screw and then torque to 65, bolt traveled freely. The Stock is rough looking on the inside with tool marks on the bedding block and where the recoil lug goes, but hey, for $200 the stock seems perfect. CDI bottom metal was fine once that forward length was addressed. Don't know why CDI doesn't make their holes big enough to accept a #8 or #10 stainless washer, that would keep you from grinding on screws. I went with MDT Magazine and it seems to be feeding flawlessly. Harris-clone bipod snugged down tight on the Choate and you can adjust it front to back just by loosening and tightening. The stock feels great and I don't think it added just a ton of weight. If I'd had another ~$250 to blow I'd have went chassis, but Choate looks like it will work.
Can't wait to get this rig back to the range and see what $420 investment did for my groups!!!
The SSS enhanced extractor kit fixed my problem. It extracts and ejects beautifully now, even if I baby it. $20 well spent.
My rebate cards aren't working, one I'd activated had $26 left on it was declined today. I tried to activate the other 2 and was told I had the wrong zip code. Anybody else having this issue?
Speaking of rebates; Does Savage just offer the rebates willy-nilly or has there been a pattern to them? I missed out on the 12FV last fall at $219 and still grumpy about it. Online my local Cabelas showed them in stock but when I called the store the next morning they didn't have any left. Ended up cancelling the order since they couldn't guarantee the rifle would make it to me in time for the rebate.
It won't even let me activate the other two, says wrong zip code. The same zip worked for the first one.
