This particular range (15 minutes from my door) has 100/200/300 yard rifle lines, and all rifle shooting is now restricted to the bench (no standing/prone/sitting/kneeling anymore) because of some F-Ups that happened a while back. If they had 400/500/600 lines I'd have installed a 20-degree base.

That is some serious slope on your base there brother. The ones I see are usually like 20 or 40 MOA or about a 1/2 degree plus or minus 10 degrees.
