I'm pretty sure I can handle the scope rail issue, really interested in thoughts on the trigger guard. Should I replace just what's broke or spring for bottom metal one piece? Pros and cons
Hello I have recently acquired a second hand savage 10 Fcp in 308. It's in a macmillian A3 style stock. The gentleman that owned it before myself installed a 20 MOA egw rail. But he put it in backwards and managed to strip the screws in the process. The trigger guard is cracked and the front action screw is also stripped. I got this as a project rifle and just wanted to ask for some advice. As for me I enjoy all things firearms. This is my first savage center fire rifle. I have a savage 17hmr. I have other bolt guns as well. Thanks in advance, I'm glad to be here.
Johnny.
