All the adjustments are on top of the comb and you simply turn a couple Allen screws to crank it up or down. The adjustments stay tight and so far there is no slop in the Combs.
So, is it like a locking nut embedded in the bottom part of the stock and a captured socket head cap screw in the top part? I am thinking that I might just try to make this work on my stock when it gets here.
