Thanks Darkker this is good to know about the IMR-4064 I use a lot it for my 168 Gr BTHP loads, reading the label's will surely pay off.

Unfortunately labels won't give you that much, unless you know which Defense Contractor owns what. RL-17 is also made by Rhinemetal, IIRC in their Swiss plant under the Nitrochemie name.
