Welcome aboard
I am new to this site and thought it appropriate since I just bought my first savage center fire rifle. Last savage I owned was bought in 1969, a shotgun and then an over/under. I've hunted since I was 12, and now 67. I've reloaded for 35 years and shoot mainly 7mm-08 in PA for deer, Colorado for elk and Wyoming for mule deer. Looking forward to learning some new things and meeting likeminded people.

Thank you for the welcome. Phanque...I live in Mt Vernon.
Phranque...sorry for the misspell.
New Savage Rifle: Still waiting for new Savage rifle. Thought I'd be less impatient with age but sometimes find the opposite is true. I ordered the 16/116 Weather Warrior in 7mm-08. I'm anxious to try some favorite loads that work well in a Remington mountain rifle. I'm expecting the accutrigger and accustock will make one nice little deer rifle. Nothing builds confidence like an accurate rifle.
Welcome!
