you could always cut come off the bottom of the trigger.. I think the washer trick is one of the best and easiest though.
All - I ended up upgrading my stock to a Boyd's then getting the appropriate Timney for it. I've seen suggestions of adding washers or even tape to the underside of the trigger guard (both of which are excellent and likely routes), but the Boyd's/Timney combination yielded a trigger that's almost touching the guard. Any other suggestions beyond the tape/washer/old credit card route?

1/4" washer from box store. Check trigger clearance then.
