There is no, "normal"; just different.
So every rifle will have its own harmonics. The way the barrel whips and waves as the explosion is happening and the bullet is traveling down the tube. Each barrel will have slightly different stresses and contours, if they put your barrel in the vice to bend it straight; that's another set of stresses that affect the harmonics.
So now, you know that your barrel can group, so it's fine. So you hung a weight on the end of your barrel and it reaffirmed the above, that you have a barrel that is different than another; and you want to know if it's FUBAR??!!
Inspect your brake for contact. If there is none, then you get out your dope book and write down the POI differences for each load and device on/off. Or simply leave it on and forget about it.
