I understand your frustration in dealing with Savage Customer Service. Unfortunately in most company's, folks working in Customer Service are "low on the Totem Pole" and have little authority. I encourage you to take a little time and write a sincere letter with your concerns (and being a long-time Savage owner) and mail your letter to:
