Thanks guys, but I got this one sorted out. Missed a stupid check box on one of the settings pages.

Now in anyone's good with PHP....I need to figure out how to add info to the payments.php page outlining the new tiers so it's all in one place rather than split between that page and the post linked to in the menu.
