A little nail polish or blue loctite on the on threads will stop the spring moving.
Fellas,
My accutrigger pull weight spring keeps backing itself out. Looking at it, I don't see how anybody could have one that doesn't. It's just a spring siting in a hole.
Is replacing it my only fix?
I'm gonna be calling up Savage for the fifth time to try and get this piece of crap running. The last time it malfunctioned I bought a CZ. Whenever I take out my Savage, I take out the CZ. Because when the push feed junker inevitably goes down hard, the pretty little mauser can take over.

Thanks guys, I'll glue it in place.
Instead of glue, wrap a couple wraps of teflon tape around it and re-install. It will hold your setting and you can still adjust.
