Got one now buying all the extra little things it needs. Looking on getting the stock painted. I know a guy in Lexington, he's a little pricey but does great work. I need a nice one piece scope mount ,and pop up scope caps. When I get the money i want too thread the barrel for a muzzle break. And this has the best triger I have ever used .
it sure is i looked at one in 223. due to oweing city taxes i decided to go camo savage axis hb about 110.00 difference in my area. i dont believe they needed playing other than the scope replacement.
The 11VT is a great gun. Very accurate. Do yourself one big favor. Take that scope off, drive to the nearest lake, and throw it as far out into the water as you can. Mine, and lots of others I have read about, is a big piece of garbage. Not even worth wasting a bullet to shoot thru the scope length wise. A good Nikon, Leupold or any other good scope will be way better than what you got now. I put the tactical Mueller on it and I love it. Good luck.
