you will need an action wrench and a barrel nut wrench...check jim briggs..He also has barrels..
I recently acquired a stevens model 200 in .22-250 for a project gun. I want to build my own semi-custom rifle. I know this a fairly easy action to work with, but I am new to this and need to know what tools are best for the job and exactly everything I will need. I'm leaning toward chambering in .260 rem but haven't committed to that 100% just yet. Also, I havent narrowed down any barrel manufacturer I want to use, any input is appreciated! Thanks for the help.

Tons of info here, so search, search, and search some more. Here's the short of it:
- Barrel nut wrench, barrel vise or action wrench
- Small shank barrel nut and recoil lug
- Small shank prefit barrel (from any one of the good manufacturers - Apache, XCaliber, etc.)
- Correct bolt head based on caliber, reference HERE
- A trigger (NSS, SSS, RB, etc.)
Then scope mounting and optics. There's nothing to it.
