I just want to know what the average price is for this work.I know what I am going to charge just trying to see what other people are paying.

I would say $40-50 on the re-barrel
I've only bedded one action and I wouldn't do it for less than $150 and I wouldn't expect someone to do it for me for less than that... (disclaimer = if job is done right)
Trigger spring = 50 cent....
