I've got a Voodoo Tactical bag and I love it! Although the carry strap snaps can be a little weak, I just put a small Snap link on them as a precaution.
Long story short, rebarreling my 110 BA 338 lapua with a barrel that is 4" longer than factory. This will not fit in my midwayusa bag I have now which is the largest they make, 56" I believe. Looking at the Aim/Voodoo 60" models. Any experience or suggestions on these bags, or other options?

Any resentment towards hard cases?
I've carried my .338 in the $30 Cabela's special case and now in a much more expensive Pelican case with foam cut-outs. Both work great for what they are, and will fit a longer rifle with some room to spare. I would just take some measurements, head to your local sporting goods store (Cabela's, GM, BP, etc.) and compare. Most of the bigger cases should fit even a re-barreled rifle and may be a better option than a drag bag.

Looked at pelican and they don't make one long enough. I use drag bags for other rifles and will Proly stick with that. Final length will be around 57" I believe
