I have an 8x32 on my 338 chey tec which is about 200 fps faster than the 338x378 with a 300 gr.
I can barly make a mile using a 20 minit base with the 8x32. We dont hunt that far anyway so its not
really all that important to us. But it can be fun trying to hit rocks once in awhile.
