I've never shot the 136s but a few guys at our matches have...4 to be exact...2 creeds 1 6.5x55 and a 260...all 4 guys went back to the 139s or 142g SMKs....I've shot 140g noslers..139s lapuas..140g hornadys..142g SMKs..123g SMKs..123g amaxes and 140g bergers...but in a 260...and of all those the 142g SMKs are hands down the most accurate as far as the 140 class and the 123g amaxes are right there with the 142s.
I'd suggest you try the 136s and if they don't shoot buy a box of 142s if you want to stay in the 140g class and a box of 123g amaxes just to see how they shoot...as far as powders RL-17 RL-19 and H4350 have worked well in my rifles you may also want to try the super Preformance.
