You can swap them. They're the same.
I did search the forums for the info... really.
I have a Model 12 FLV in 204 Ruger (.378 bolt head) and, thanks to forum members, a small assortment of barrels chambered for cartridges based on the 308 Wnchester case.
I have a stripped left hand short action .473 bolt head bought through Midway. I know the best way is to buy the small parts and just swap out the complete bolt head.
Can I just swap the ejector and extractor parts over to the .473 bolt head, or are the parts a different size?

I believe 223 extractors are longer to better reach the smaller case head. Everything else should swap though.

You are correct. The best way is to buy the loose parts so you have 2 complete boltheads...LOL
I believe the parts will only cost about $15-20 total at Midway
