A break is one way to settle it down or, work on your shooting technique so it doesn't get away from you quite so much.
If you use a bipod learn to load it so the end with the hole where the bullet comes out doesn't jump around.
And, sometimes depending on where you are, maybe hanging out of a tree trying for that trophy buck or laying in the grass waiting for them to show up across the clearing, sometimes it's just part of shooting the '06.
Be glad it's not a 7mm Rem Mag.
