Very nice bench stock
Any comments on these stocks ? good, bad, etc
Thinking of doing a 6.5 creed build on one of them.
Never even seen one around to look at...
Kind of like the idea of the pistol grip thing...
do you think it would work for bench shooting?
Very nice bench stock
that is awesome...what scope is that if I may ask..how do you like the pistol grip?
Careful, That picture is the "ultimate varmint" a little over 4lbs, my wife's favorite.
The "ultimate sniper" is over 7lbs and not as pretty.
I like the "ultimate tactical" just under 4lbs more than the other two but accuracy potential should be the same from any of them.
I have one and am very happy with it. wish I would have bought one for my 22-250 instead of the boyds stock
That scope is a vortex pst 6-24x50.
Thanks I get the different choates confused.
Oh I love the way it feels shooting. Everything is solid. Comfortable grip and its just rock solid
I have same stock pictured here, varmint. Nice stock. Also have tactical model. Prefer tactical but both are great. Handled the sniper stock, didn't care for forearm.
It seems to me the sniper was built for bipod shooting with that sloped forearm. If you are going to shoot off of bags and or a rest, you may be better off with the pictured stock.
Sniper stock was designed for bags etc. More geared toward sniper shooting positions. The forearm is sloped so you can bring the rifle higher or lower by simply sliding it on your rest. That said the varmint or tactical will probably ride a bag better

This is mine I think it's the ultimate tactical. I think I'm at #12 with everything
I love my US stock, I mostly shot prone but do carry it hunting as well. I do like the pistol grip, but it is rather large so the small handed need to be aware.
It is definitely solid as a rock, and weighs the same. If pretty, light weight is your game you better look elsewhere.
I have mine on my FP that I shoot to a mile. Here are a couple pics.

I'm a firm believer in the theory that if it bleeds, I can kill it.
looks like a lot of empty space around the barrel..?? that a varmint barrel?
