Looks good! What did you use to apply the paint, small sponges? What type of paint?

Looks great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Guys. It's a rattle can job. I used flat camo Rustoleum and a then Valspar flat clear.
I painted the entire rifle tan and then using torn sea sponges dabbed on dark brown, dark brown and light green mixed, light green and then OD Green. Then for good measure I dabbed on some rust colored primer to match the fall leaves. Followed up by three light coats of Valspar flat clear. Valspar (Lowes) is the flattest of the clears in my opinion. All total about 2-3 hours worth of work including dry time.
Very well done!
Well done! That sponge method always ends up looking pretty darn good, and this is no exception. Those hogs won't know what hit them!
looks awesome, now all you need is some camo bullets.
amazingly, leaning against the tree, it looks like the tree.... but lying in the leaves it looks like it changes colors to match the leaves.
Really great job! Now don't accidentally leave it leaning against a tree out in the woods, or you may not be able to find it! Well DONE!
LOL. Here is a real world example of that...

Looks great...
I think i have going to get a Hog Hunter in 223
How does it shot? 223 or 308?
Awesome paint job,I might have to do that to my 223 HogHunter
Wow, I missed your original post. Awesome!
Very well done. Amazing how it blends in with both the trees and the leaves.
SO did you spray paint onto a pallet and then sponge it onto the stock? I camo'd my new rifle too but used mesh as a mask. It came out awesome. I need to redo my shotgun now. The other thing I have yet to do is camo the brand new Nikon scope I mounted on the rifle. I am having a hard time putting paint to it, and wonder if it ruins the warranty? I am conflicted!!
Amazing job... like someone else mentioned it actually does a great job of camouflaging the rifle against more than one back drop; no easy feat.
Very well done sir !!
