Does anyone know the thread pattern/pitch used for the muzzle breaks on these rifles? I want to order a suppressor. I tried calling Savage and they're closed for the Easter Weekend.

This is just a guess. If they're threaded to what I would assume is industry standards, it'd either be 1/2X28 for .223 Or 5/8X24 for the .308
I hope you're right. Those are the standard thread patterns for most suppressors. I looks as if I'm going to have to wait until Monday to call Savage and find out for sure.

took one off a .308 & .22-250, never bothered to find out the pitch as I would have to cut and rethread to something else
