I had same experience Numrich. I just assume they are 4.27 if the descriptions don't specifically say 4.40
So I'm going to build a new PD rifle.
Shilen Select SS Match arrived last week.
Really wanted a LH BVSS for this so, I called Numerich's and talked to the tech.......
Me - "are part number xxx and xxx 4.27" action screw spacing or, a 4.40" action screw spacing??"
Tech - "Let me go measure it........it's 4.40" for sure"
I sell my 4.27" action and order a new center feed LH 16 donor...... should be at the FFL tomorrow.
The stock arrives today....you guessed it....it's a 4.27".
Now I have three 4.27" stocks and no 4.40" stocks.
Ok, I'm done complaining now.
EDIT: Called Numerich today.....they were ETREEMELY helpful. Turns out the difference between the two part numbers is more than just the sling swivels. One is a 4.27” the other is a 4.40”. They’re going to get me all squared away.
Thumbs up to Numerich for making things right.

Called them about it. They found the problem and are doing a good job of making it right.

...all except for charging me shipping on the wrong part, then charging return shipping on the wrong part and shipping again on the new one.........that I haven't received now three weeks later.
Scratching Numrich off of the "places to order from again" list.
Did you ask for a refund on the shipping,if you haven't talk to a supervisor. I think they will do roght by you, I wouldn't cast them aside. It happened to me with stockys and in the end it was my fault.
Willing to give back for what the sport has done for me!
if ya bought it with a credit card have them fix it for you.
newbie from gr, mi.
I used a CC.
This was all because the Tech gave me bad info.
I'll give them a call.
Thanks guys.
