I always use a dremel tool to make pockets and grooves in the action area to provide better adhesion of the bedding material. If you do this you shouldn't have a problem.
Will pure tung oil interfere with future bedding adhesion?
The SSS stock won't see the action for a couple months during which time I could start applying tung oil. In the barrel channel and action inlet area is there a number of coats where it is considered sealed enough?

Thanks for the confidence boost.
If anyone is looking for non polymerized tung oil, Lee Valley Tools and Hardware might be worth a call.
