    Here are the pictures, it is in rough shape,but ... As you can see the peep sight is missing as is the magazine.
    The markings in the barrel are as follows: Savage NRA Match Rifle patent dates: Nov.28,1905,Sept.7,1915, Sept 4 1917, and Nov 20 1917.
    Serial # 28987 .22 Long Rifle Hope this helps.
    I would love to be able to restore this gun so I can give it to my grandson.
