Seems that back in 2011 the gooberment decided to change the rules for shipping small arms ammunition in limited quantities. Previously such packages had to be marked with an "ORM-D Cartridges, Small Arms" sticker, but now that sticker is no longer used and has been replaced with a black and white diamond sticker.

Interesting info however,
The last 12 or so boxes of 5.45x39 & 7.62x39 I got from various suppliers all had the obligatory ORM-D marking. Even ammo I've sent via UPS has the ORM-D marking.
The info you put up says as of 2011?

Pretty sure that somewhere in the article it said that shippers have until Dec. 31 of this year to come into compliance with the new reg's.
